Jangwani Sea Breeze Resort is situated on the mainland of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, along Mbezi Beach on clear white sands, a 25 minutes drive away from the city center. The Resort is situated on either side of Africana road, with all facilities and outlets on the beach side and the accommodation on the opposite side.  The rooms and the courtyard pool are located on the quiet part of the complex and are exclusively for hotel residents only. The Resort side on the beach front has two bars, a restaurant, a Sheesha Bar, a gym, a swimming pool, a kids pool, beach beds under makuti bandas, kids play area, live music and featured DJ’s, dancing, Spa & Sauna, Boating facilities, Shops, Sundecks and conference halls.
Our restaurant serves ala carte daily from 12pm to 11pm. On weekends we offer a vast buffet and a barbeque on the beach. The bars are open till late night, serving all kinds of drinks, cocktails and snacks. Food and Drink service on the beach is available throughout the day. Our resident DJ plays the latest national and international tunes every Saturday and Sunday.

ACCOMODATION
The 32 Boutique rooms are all located around the courtyard resident pool area, well away from all other activities, which means peace and tranquility is guaranteed. This area is exclusively for hotel guests.  All rooms are with 32" Flatscreen TV, Individually controlled air conditioning units, fridges and mosquito nets.
Laundry facilities are available and complimentary breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
Usage of all beach facilities is complementary to our hotel guests.

RESTAURANTS AND BAR
Our restaurant serves ala carte daily from 12pm to 11pm. On weekends we offer a vast buffet and a barbeque on the beach. The bars are open till late night, serving all kinds of drinks, cocktails and snacks.

Food and drink service on the beach is available throughout the day.

FACILITIES

Security
Our facilities are designed with the safety of our guests in mind. 24 hours security guards give you a total peace of mind.

Parking 
Complimentary on site guest parking is fully secured and monitored by CCTV and our own Security Guards.

In Room Safe 
All rooms have an in room safe deposit box.  Alternatively we will be happy for you to leave valuables in our main safe at reception. Please contact Reception.

Pool / Beach 
Hotel residents have three pools to choose from including activity pool, toddlers pool and courtyard pool, which is exclusive for hotel residents. All pools are maintained and cleaned daily. On the beach side the main activity pool and toddler’s pool are open from 8am to 8pm. The exclusive Courtyard pool for our hotel guests is open till 10.00 pm. Towels are provided for all our guests at all pools. Sun loungers are available for all guests at all pools, as well as on the beach.

Games Arcade
Table Tennis, Pool Tables, Darts and the latest X-Box, Playstation and Wii Games are available at nominal costs in our Games Arcade. Beach Games include Beach Volley Ball and Soccer for all our guests. 

Island Trips
We arrange boat trips to our neighbouring Islands, which are designated Marine reserves.  These pieces of tropical paradise, are fantastic for relaxing, swimming, fishing, snorkeling and diving. Lunch and cooler boxes with beverages can be arranged. 

Safari Tours 
Our Selous Mbuyu Safari Camp is the perfect location for game watching.  We can co-ordinate your entire safari directly from Jangwani Resort, including flying via Helicopter directly from the Resprt Helipad to the Mbuyu Camp.  We can also arrange tours to the City Centre, Bagamoyo, or even a trip to Zanzibar to enjoy Stonetown.  For more details on our Mbuyu Safari Camp please visitwww.selousmbuyusafaricamp.com.

Gift Shop 
From our gift shop you can buy authentic African curios for your loved ones or accessories for a fun day on the beach, including snorkeling sets, and swimwear.  The shop also carries a selection of essential travel supplies.

Water Sports 
Available water sports include Speed boating, snorkeling and diving. A half day fishing trip can be arranged at request.  These water sports are chargeable.

Sunset Deck 
Enjoy a cold drink at this beautiful deck and watch a spectacular fabulous sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Laundry / Towels 
We operate a same day laundry service with affordable prices.

Newspapers /Library / Internet / Secretarial services 
A selection of daily newspapers are available for our residents in the Lobby. A library with a wide variety of books is located in the Games Arcade. Free Internet access is available in all rooms and surrounding areas and secretarial services are available for a nominal charge. 

TV / DVD 
All rooms have 32” LCD’s with free cable network. Larger screens can be found in the sea breeze restaurant, gym and at the Shisha Lounge. We also have DVD players and a large collection of DVD’s available for rental from the reception.

Transport / Car Hire
There is a pick up and drop off service to the Airport at very competitive rates, subject to four hours notice.

We can arrange car hire for you from half a day upwards at very competitive rates with our car rental partners. 

Gym / Massage / Spa/ Sauna 
The fully air conditioned gym with the latest equipment is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. The Massage and Beauty center opens from 11am to 8pm with fully qualified and friendly beauticians.  The centre features a Jacuzzi whirlpool, and both wet and dry saunas.

Meetings & Conferences

Our policy is “No Conference is small”!

We cater for events, meetings and conferences from four people up to 100 people. In fully air conditioned surroundings, including wireless internet.  Our trained conference professionals, are able to arrange any meeting style which might be required. We are also having the pleasure of offering an open-air meeting venue with a fabulous view at the Indian Ocean.

We offer half day and full day conferences, plus all flexibility to provide tailor made arrangements for you and your delegates.
